The history lesson for this month goes back more than two hundred years when high hopes were put on the beneficial effects of electrical current for the well-being of humanity. Let’s explore the big names that got us where we are today using bioelectricity in medicine and harmonic frequencies.
The electrical energy approach has been used in medicine for centuries to relieve pain. The journey began in ancient Egypt, where electric fish played a big part in bioelectricity and electrotherapy. The electric fish known as the Nile catfish were used by ancient Egyptians for medical treatments and caused numbness to the affected area. This was due to their bilateral polar field, which is believed to be electrical and can deliver an electrical shock to help treat arthritis pain and headaches. Studies of electric eels were done in 1775 by John Walsh and John Hunter, a Surgeon who influenced the thinking of Luigi Galvani (Galvanism) and Alessandro Volta, founders of electrophysiology and electrochemistry. Even Hippocrates, the Father of Medicine, and Benjamin Franklin used and documented pain relief using electric currents for various conditions.
During the late 1700s, Italian Physician, Physicist, and Biologist Luigi Galvani conducted the first electrical stimulation studies on frog legs by using an electrode to pass a current into the dead frog’s leg that prompted the muscles to move. He discovered that the brain and spinal cord of the frog possessed an electrical charge that passes through the nerves, stimulating a response from the muscle in the frog’s leg. He hypothesized that nerves must be covered by fatty material insulating the nerves. We know it today as the myelin sheath covering the nerves, allowing electrical impulses to transmit. These early experiments showed how stimulation of the nervous system brought relief from pain.
Even Albert Einstein, a quantum-based Physic Scientist and Inventor, said, “Future medicine will be the medicine of frequencies. Everything is energy, and that is all there is to it.” Nikolas Tesla said, “If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration.” Energy frequency waves differ depending on the relationship between various bodily functions. Cells and intracellular elements in our bodies are constantly in motion, creating resonance with complex harmonics, causing vibrations at a specific frequency. Quantum-based resonance claims that electrical currents and electromagnet energy fields electronically induce and amplify particle movement to help the recovery process within the cells. This history lesson and understanding of quantum-based resonance-specific theory brings us to more current times in medical advances in electrotherapy and bioelectricity.
RST-SANEXAS – a quantum-based resonant specific Electric-cell-Signaling Technology (EcST)
The RST-SANEXAS neoGEN® is an advanced device using quantum-based Electric cell-signaling Technology (EcST) that delivers anatomically targeted electric and electromagnetic energy waves in and between cells to the affected body area. The device produces numerous kinds of electrical currents using constantly varying specific signal frequencies and low-frequency and middle-frequency treatment energy waves. The neoGEN® is more advanced because it combines associated harmonic resonance frequencies with accurate FM tone signaling and AM electric wave signaling generated by a high digital frequency generator (UHdfG). It operates with a patented “frequency hopping spread spectrum (FHSS)” that makes it almost impossible for the peripheral or central nervous system to find ways to accommodate, initiate, or ignore the upcoming axon action impulse mechanism at the cellular level that helps the body recover.
Electric cell-signaling Technology (EcST) and Mechanisms of Action
Electric cell-signaling Technology (EcST) is the ability to use multiple comprehensive signals and electrical energy
waves with harmonic resonance to direct the cells to do specific things. That is just a fundamental process by which the cells in the nervous system correspond with each other to process the information and do what they need to do. EcST is taking energy medicine in a quantum or physic-based approach using a 1⁄4 tone scale and musical law with electrical current-specific frequencies to perform particular functions. Electric cell-signaling Technology Benefits
There are primary effects of signals on the nervous system that relate to how it can affect nerve function in three ways. 1.
imitate the nerve’s function, 2. exhaust or fatigue the nerve’s function, or 3. interrupt the nerve’s function completely. There are two Mechanisms of action: the stimulus class and the multi-facilitation class. These two classes each have their physiological effects.
Mechanisms of Action Stimulatory Class
The physiological effects are induced by repeated action potentials (impulses) in excitable cells at lower frequencies that
stimulate the nerve when applied to the human biosystem (cell membrane depolarization and repolarization activity). i.e.
analgesia reduction, circulation influence, and muscular stimulation, etc.
Multi-Facilitation Class
The physiological effects induced without action potentials from the body caused by varying electro and electromagnetic
fields not specific to frequency or involvement in action potential nerve stimulation (no depolarization and repolarization
activity induce biochemical effects) i.e., pain meditator, circulatory vasoconstriction and vasodilation, muscle activation and facilitation, etc.
Action potentials (impulses) are like the human “telephone system” transmitting a code to the brain and throughout
the biosystem.

RST-SANEXAS neoGEN® Glossary of Terms
• Powered Muscle Stimulation (IPF) – low frequency using more power to stimulate nerves and muscles effectively.
• Amplitude Modulation (AM) – modulating a specific carrier frequency by increasing and decreasing the amplitude,
producing synchronous (or asynchronous) stimulation of the nerves.
• Frequency Modulation (FM) – moving the signaling between two border frequencies, allowing nerve stimulation without
amplitude change, which is more physiological to the human tissue biosystem.
• Chaotic Signaling (FHSS) Frequency Hopping Spread-Spectrum – random electrical frequencies causing chaotic energy
(neutral noise), which destabilizes nerve conduction or inhibits the pain-processing biosystem so that it cannot effectively
transmit axonal pain signal…no nerve accommodation capability.
• Automatic Signal/Dosage Control – automatically balances, increases, or decreases the electrical amplitude (dosage)
delivered to the patient.
• Vasopneumatic Device – a Venturi-type method for adhering specialty electrode cups to ensure optimum patient contact
and electric field energy.
